Our 5th Annual Spring 5K/10K Event
Picture

Aging should be a time of joy, connection, and dignity. But for many seniors in our community, it comes with challenges—like loneliness, mobility issues, and accessing essential services.

At Silver Heart Care, we’re changing that.  Through services like transportation assistance, moving services and other contributions that meet our community's needs, we empower seniors to live fuller, healthier lives while staying connected to their community.

This March, you can be part of our movement.

The Silver Heart Care 5K/10K, happening on March 23, isn’t just a race—it’s a way to help seniors thrive. Every step you take helps us provide more assistance and support for the adults who need it most.

Together, we can show our seniors they’re valued and supported.

Run for your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors, and every senior who deserves a brighter tomorrow here in the Houston area. Let’s take this journey together.

Who Are We?

Our primary goal is to assist seniors in their daily lives and enrich ourselves with their wisdom.
Silver Heart Care was built on the pillars of Compassion through Service, Individualized Care, and Creation of a Bridge between Generations.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for senior citizens in the Greater Houston area by assisting them in providing reliable transportation services and individualized support.

Through the dedication of our community-minded volunteers, we aim to foster a culture of care, connection, and philanthropy.

We envision a society where senior citizens are cherished and empowered, living their golden years with purpose, joy, and security. Our vision is to build a compassionate and connected community that celebrates the contributions of older adults while addressing the challenges they face.

Through collaboration, education, and innovation, we strive to eliminate barriers, reduce isolation, and create a future where every senior citizen feels valued, supported, and inspired to lead a fulfilling life.
Our Origin Story
Silver Heart Care was founded by Raghav Singh in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic while he was a student at Clements High School. He received much of his inspiration to launch Silver Heart Care from experiences he had with his grandparents.

Raghav has always been passionate about service and giving back to the community, and after seeing the situation many seniors are in, he decided to launch Silver Heart Care.

He currently runs many of the day-to-day activities in the organization, including planning events, managing sign-ups, coordinating with other organizations, and is responsible for the volunteer youth members.
